Your Documents Help

This step lets you complete payment and immediately access your documents. You’ll receive your legally formatted Will (PDF), a summary of your inputs, and signing/witnessing instructions. Note: you can review your Will at any stage as you proceed through the Will Kit Generator, so there are no surprises.

What’s included?

• Free updates for 30 days — regenerate a new PDF if details change.

How does payment work?

• Secure card payment is processed using Stripe.
• We don’t store your full card details. Checkout uses encrypted communication.
• If payment fails, correct the error shown and try again, or use another card.

What happens after I pay?

• Your Preview and Download buttons will activate.
• You can save the PDF to your device and print it for signing with two witnesses.
• Within 30 days you can come back and update and re-download at no extra cost.

Troubleshooting

• Buttons disabled? Complete payment first or refresh the page if it has just completed.
• No download after payment? Check your internet connection, then refresh or return via the app navigation.
• Card declined? Try another card or contact your bank. If issues persist, contact support.

Quick Questions

• Can I get an invoice/receipt? Yes — we email one to the address you provided.
• Can I edit the PDF? Regenerate via the app during your 30-day window rather than editing the PDF directly.
• Is my card data stored? Card processing is handled by Stripe; we don’t store full card numbers.
• What if I need to change my will later? Generate a new will. The newest signed version is the one that counts.
